Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using PAForever (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

2. What you can do

You may use the Service to manage your tasks, calendar, knowledge, and talk to your personal assistant by phone or browser. You must keep your credentials secure and you are responsible for all activity under your account.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for illegal activity, harassment, or to generate harmful content.
• Reverse-engineer, resell, or white-label the Service without written permission.
• Overload or attempt to break the Service's infrastructure.
• Use the Service to place robocalls, telemarketing calls, or any calls that violate TCPA / CAN-SPAM / local telecom law.

We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

4. Your content

You own the content you put into the Service (tasks, notes, conversations, uploads). You grant us a limited licence to store and process it solely so we can provide the Service to you.

5. Third-party services

The Service relies on third-party providers for speech AI, telephony, large-language-model inference, authentication, storage, and edge delivery. Their outages or policy changes may affect availability. We pick reputable providers and monitor them, but we don't control them. A current list of named sub-processors is available on request.

6. Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You can cancel at any time; we don't offer prorated refunds for partial months, but we won't charge you again after you cancel.

7. Warranty & liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim related to the Service is capped at the amount you've paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We may terminate or suspend your account for material breach of these Terms, with notice where practical.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced by email or in-app at least 14 days before they take effect.
